North America Tourist Attractions

Chicago is a contenting residential city and an amazing tourist spot in the United States. It boasts its numerous tourist attractions, but some of Chicago's stop spots are by and far most popular among the visitors from worldwide. This place is one of the windy city's most recognizable and adorable landmarks. The Navy Pier is another of the Chicago tourist attractions, situated just east on the Lake Michigan downtown. It is famous for being the most fun filled place in Chicago, with numerous options for dining, gaming, riding, and having fun. The excellent Lake Michigan view adds to the awesomeness of the place and makes it one of the top tourist attractions of Chicago. The high soaring Sears Tower Skydeck is the tallest building ever in North America, with 110 stories built in an exotically carved manner. We are in Chicago and not talking about the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, is it possible? There is a museum associated with the school, named The Art Institute of Chicago. When talking about the standard and beauty of the tourist attractions in Chicago, suddenly I remembered Hawaii. There are several Hawaii tourist attractions discussed here. Hawaii is famous for being too beautiful with beaches and islands. The Hawaii Volcanoes National Park in the Big Islands is a famous tourist spot. Oahu boasts the Arizona memorial at Hawaii. The island beaches serve surfing and other water sports, not less than any other famous Hawaii tourist attractions. The Hilo in Hawaii portrays the wonderfully carved and decorated statue of King Kamehameha the Great, ruler of the Kingdon of Hawaii ages ago. North America is a tourist Mecca with a vast array of stunning sights and places to visit. The great outdoors; the endless road trips, Route 66 amongst them; the sheer beauty and diversity ensures that this kaleidoscope of people, cities, vistas, sights and sounds is hard to beat. Other cities stick out noticeably San Francisco for its laid back, outdoor and European influence to the fast and furious cities of Las Vegas and LA where entertainment exists 24 x 7.

Traveling alone is not restrictive at all in my way of thinking. Like all explorers, I like the saying 'why do you do it'. The correct answer is as always, because its there! While not strictly North America, the Canadian city of Vancouver certainly comes under that description. If you are visiting Vancouver for any length of time, here are some places that I loved. One of my favourite cities of the world, there are a stack of places to see and experience.

• Grouse Mountain draws people to it like a magnet. It is a tourist attraction, a recreation centre, and a wild life park all rolled into one.

• Capilano Bridge and its surroundings were a complete delight. It took me all my will power to step on the suspension bridge and cross the ravine and river.

• Stanley Park is one of Vancouver's loveliest assets and one that I'd wished I had more time for while in Vancouver.

• Vancouver Island while strictly speaking is not part of Vancouver was a brilliant place to visit. From taking tea in the Fairmont playing at being the lady, to the wonderful Colombia Museum.

• Granville Island hit the right spot for a bit of retail therapy. It was so easy to lose sight of the hours here.
